This patient came to see one of the plastic surgeons with the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville unhappy with the amount of breast tissue on his left breast. His right breast was normal, but he has fullness to the upper pole of his left breast. After discussing these concerns with our plastic surgeon, this patient and our doctor decided to proceed with Gynecomastectomy surgery with liposuction in the state-licensed ambulatory surgery center of the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville. This procedure lasted about an hour and a half, after which the patient was transported to the recovery room of the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville where he stayed for about 40 minutes. Once stabilized, the patient was allowed to go home to continue his recovery.

This patient came to see one of the plastic surgeons with the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville with an enlarged left breast. This patient had an ultrasound of the left breast and hormone testing, with all results coming back as normal. After discussing his concerns with the plastic surgeon, this patient and our plastic surgeon decided to proceed with Gynecomastectomy with liposuction surgery in the AAAASF certified ambulatory surgery center of the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville.

This surgery was completed in about an hour and a half, with the anesthesia being administered by an anesthesiologist. Our plastic surgeon first excised excess breast tissue of the left breast and then made the breasts symmetrical with liposuction to this breast.

You can see from the postoperative photographs why this patient was so happy with his surgical result. His breasts were now symmetrical and he did not feel embarrassed to take his shirt off in public.
