This patient came to see one of the plastic surgeons with the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville interested in having larger breasts. The reported that her breasts decreased slightly in size since childbirth, and she wished to have fuller, larger breasts. The patient and our plastic surgeon decided upon 325 cc. saline breast implants to best accomplish this patient's goals of having fuller, larger, more shapely breasts.

At the time of her consult, this patient was a small 'B' cup with the desire to be a full 'C' cup. The patient and our plastic surgeon agreed to use 325 cc. saline filled breast implants inserted below the muscle. This patient preferred an inframammary incision for the breast implants. This surgery also corrected the mild breast asymmetry she experienced prior to surgery.
